A Single Session
One focused hour, when you need a clear head on something that won't wait — a decision, a conversation you're dreading, a moment you don't want to get wrong. We get into it directly, and you leave with clarity and a next step.
And it's not a detour: if you decide to go further, the full fee credits toward the Series.

The Series
The deeper work, over several weeks: three full sessions, with optional fifteen-minute check-ins in between when life moves faster than the calendar. It isn't a fixed curriculum — it's a tailored arc.
- First we get a baseline of what's going on and address any critical needs.
- Then we work on the questions and reframes that change how you see the situation, and your approach to it.
- Then we build momentum that keeps going after we're done.
By arrangement — private, ongoing access
For a small number of clients — often those in the public eye, or carrying demands that don't keep business hours — I make myself directly available, on call, when the stakes call for it. This is by arrangement and by fit, not a tier you buy. If you need this level of access and discretion, this is where you start.
Staying on
Some finish the Series and want a steady hand to stay in reach. When that's the case, we continue with single sessions at a continued rate — no package, no pressure, available when you want it.
Starting costs you nothing extra.
The Single Session isn't a separate bet. Begin there, decide to go deeper, and the full fee comes off the Series. The point is to make it easy to start — not to make you commit before you know it's right.

I spent twenty years protecting people's privacy as a profession. That instinct doesn't switch off. Everything you bring me stays between us — and if you need an NDA in place before we begin, that's not unusual. It's where some of my clients have to start. Just ask.
