Steady, whatever comes.
For relationships, life, family, and team dynamics — or serious issues requiring nuance and discretion.
Here to help you find answers, and take the next right action.
You're keeping up. Or your relationship or business is. Most days, more than that. But there's a part of this — what you actually want, your motivation, a pattern you keep circling back to — where you know things could be better than what they are. It might be from a serious situation or decision that's in front of you, a tough position you find yourself in, or maybe it's just because you could feel better if things were clearer, but objective counsel is hard to come by.
Therapy, for all its value, isn't quite built for this. Either is a "bootcamp" style of approach. And it's not really something you take to your partner, your closest friend, or the people who think they know you best. This is sensitive. To you, to your family, or to your company. You're ready for a straight conversation — with someone who has likely seen it before, knows the angles from experience, and can help with the clarity and next steps.
Questions Underneath
The thoughts that can keep us up at night —
- My marriage is struggling, and I don't know if I want to fix it or leave. What does that mean, and what's next?
- I did something I can't take back, and it could cost me everything. How am I going to handle this?
- Something tragic has happened and it's private, but I don't know who I can trust to talk to about it.
- I need to talk about my relationship, — and there's no one I trust and can take that to. Or what I want doesn't fit the traditional script — and I can't say that out loud to my partner or closest friends.
- I need counsel on a sensitive issue, or I need a tactical vantage point about something that carries a lot of risk, personally, professionally, or both.
- I know what I need to do — I just keep not doing it. Am I burned out, or am I procrastinating because I'm unsure of how it will land with my family/team?
- I have everything I was supposed to want. Why doesn't it feel like I've landed in a fulfilling place in my life?
— you're not the only one.

How I work
The work isn't tactics. It's us.
There's no shortage of people promising a tactical shortcut — the technique that puts you in control. Controlling your emotions or actions. Commanding any room. Getting what you want. Control is the wrong goal, because the desire for control is often what hamstrings us from evolving. What actually changes things isn't control, it's having awareness of what simply exists, and then navigating it. Its help with seeing something clearly, naming it plainly, and helping identify the tools to do something about it. A clear read on what's really going on, the next right move(s), a framework of values, and an idea of what the map may look like going forward.
Right now
We start with what's in front of you: the decision, the divorce, the morale, perhaps a situation that many wouldn't dare to touch. Clear eyes on it, and the next right move.
What lasts
Then the deeper work: you, your relationship or your team becoming confident enough so that this season, and the ones that follow, are not driven by anxiety or uncertainty. That's the part that stays.
Who this is for
Most of the people or teams I work with are good at handling things. They're the ones other people lean on — which usually means they're the last to ask for help themselves. So by the time they get to me, it's not because they can't figure it out. It's because they're tired of going in circles on something that actually matters, and they are looking for honesty, clarity, and guidance on the next step(s).
Some are deep in a divorce, or trying to decide whether to be. Some are at a crossroads — a situation that has serious consequences if it's handled incorrectly, or an exit they can't quite call. Some are navigating a breakup, starting over with a relationship, or have the feeling of being stuck in the same pattern with a new face. Some are having an issue with their close circle or team at work that needs some outside perspective. Some are carrying something they can't say out loud anywhere else. And some just look fine from the outside and can't figure out why it still doesn't feel like enough.
You don't need it all figured out before we start. You don't need to have it together. You just need to be ready to be honest about where you actually are — and willing to think constructively about what your options are and what the right next step is.

Why me
For over twenty years, my work has put me beside people and companies often on the most difficult days — as a police officer, in executive protection for high-profile families, and running an investigations firm for private and corporate clients and their attorneys. More than a thousand cases in all.
A lot of that work was relationships, up close and unfiltered. Divorces. Custody fights. Family business disputes. Executive boards. How people connect and disconnect. What truly motivates them and what doesn't, and why. What they won't admit they want.
I sat in the rooms where people said the things they'd never say in public — from mediations with public figures, to board rooms of Fortune 100 companies, and I kept every word to myself. I learned to read a situation fast, tell the truth with empathy, and stay steady as the situation found its footing and right next step. That was the job. It still is.
