BHM Strategies LLC
Last Revised: June 11, 2026
BHM Strategies LLC (“BHM Strategies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through Josh Chandler, provides private coaching and advisory services. We are committed to protecting and safeguarding your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully, and this policy sets out how we treat your personal information — both as a visitor to our website and as a client.
One distinction matters above all, and we state it up front: the personal things you share with us as a client — in a session, a private inquiry, or a written question — are governed by the confidentiality terms in our Client Terms of Service. That information is never used for marketing and is never shared with advertising or analytics platforms. The tracking described below applies to ordinary website activity, not to the substance of our work together. (See “Your information as a client” below.)
1. What information we collect
We may collect, store, and use the following kinds of personal information:
- Information you provide when you contact us, submit an inquiry or question, book a session, or correspond with us — such as your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us.
- Information related to payments, processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number; that is handled directly by Stripe (see “How we use service providers”).
- Technical data about your device and your visits to our website — IP address, approximate geographic location, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referral source, pages viewed, time zone, and length of visit.
- Usage data about how you interact with our website and our marketing — pages and content viewed, links and buttons clicked, scrolling and navigation, and how you interact with our emails and online advertisements.
- Any other information you choose to send us through any channel.
2. Cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies
A cookie is a small piece of information a website stores in your browser so it can recognize your browser on later visits. We and our partners also use related technologies — pixels, tags, and web beacons — to collect the technical and usage data described above, as permitted by applicable law.
We use the full range of advertising and analytics trackers available to us, including those provided by Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. These allow us to measure how our website and content perform, understand our audience, and deliver and measure advertising across those platforms. Using them means certain information is shared with those platforms, and under some privacy laws this is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out — see “Your choices and rights” below.
Categories of cookies and trackers
- Strictly necessary — essential for the website to function and to keep it secure.
- Performance — analytics that help us understand and improve how the website is used.
- Functionality — remember your preferences so the site works the way you expect.
- Targeting and marketing — measure the performance of our advertising and let us show relevant ads to past visitors across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
Managing your cookies
Most browsers accept cookies by default, and let you block or delete them through your settings. You can also opt out of much interest-based advertising through your device and platform ad settings and through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). Blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Provide our services — respond to your inquiries, schedule and deliver sessions, fulfill purchases, and manage our relationship with you.
- Communicate with you — send confirmations, reminders, and information about your bookings, and — where you have agreed — occasional updates or offers.
- Run and improve the website — operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve our website and services.
- Marketing and advertising — measure and deliver advertising across the platforms named above, and understand which content and campaigns are effective.
- Comply with the law — meet our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
- Protect our interests — establish, exercise, or defend legal claims in the event of a dispute.
4. How we use service providers
We keep our technology simple and rely on a small number of established providers, who process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies:
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel) — our customer relationship and marketing platform — used for our website forms, scheduling, email, and client communications, and to store the contact and inquiry information you provide.
- Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment details directly and securely; we receive confirmation of payment but do not store your full card information.
- Google — used for website analytics (Google Analytics), business email and document storage (Google Workspace), and advertising (Google Ads). Additional advertising and analytics partners include Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, as described in the cookies section above.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain website and usage data with the advertising and analytics partners named above, which some laws classify as “sharing” for behavioral advertising.
5. Your information as a client
This is the part we hold most strictly. When you become a client, the substance of what you share with us — the contents of your sessions, your private inquiry, your written question, and anything you tell us in confidence — is governed by the confidentiality terms in our Client Terms of Service. That information:
- is never used for marketing or advertising;
- is never uploaded, matched, or shared to any advertising platform (including Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X) for targeting;
- is never sold; and
- is kept private subject only to the limited exceptions described in our Terms of Service (such as compelled legal process and imminent-harm situations).
In short: how you found us and moved through our website may be measured like any other website visit. What you actually bring to the work is not.
6. How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including limiting access to authorized people and service providers, relying on reputable providers that use encryption in transit and at rest, and retaining information only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.
7. Children
Our website and services are not directed to anyone under 18, and our services are provided only to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your choices and rights
- Marketing emails — you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email, or by reply.
- Correct your information — you can ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Opt out of tracking — you can opt out of advertising/analytics cookies through your browser and platform settings and the industry tools listed above.
- Rights under applicable law — depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing.” To make a request, use the contact method below.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising trackers may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; you may opt out by adjusting your cookie and platform settings and by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, contact us using the method below and identify your request.
EEA and UK residents (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the legal bases of performing our contract with you, your consent (which you may withdraw), and our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the method below.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is dated above, and your continued use of our website and services after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Contact
For any privacy question or request, you can reach us through the contact form on our website, or by replying to any confirmation email you receive from us. Please describe your request so we can respond appropriately.
